Diamond Drilling
Providing very neat, clean holes through all types of mass and reinforced concrete, brickwork and blockwork, Invictacut are full members of the Diamond Drilling and Sawing Association.
A quiet, efficient and non-vibratory way of forming holes and slots – particularly if the prevention of noise and spalling is important. By adopting Diamond Drilling techniques the risk of HAVS is greatly reduced.
We also have the facility for water control should this be required, this enables work to be carried out in live office, factory and storage locations.
Providing a specialist range of Diamond Cutting and builder’s services from our base in Kent across the south east for over 25 years we provide Diamond Drilling for local and national building contracting, property developing, plumbing and electrical wiring.
Diamond Drilling
Holes of most sizes can be formed but typically up to 500 mm diameter with the use of standard equipment. Larger holes can be formed with the use of specialist rigs.
Drilling to depths of 5 metres is not uncommon and again with specialist rigs deeper holes can be formed.
These Diamond Drilling techniques can be used to form penetrations for all types of services including electrical and plumbing, with Stitch Drilling being adopted to form larger openings for duct work, padstones, lintels etc.
We can also provide a full Core Drilling and Testing Service with analysis for strength, carbonation etc.
All works are carried out by qualified and experienced operators working to the latest Health and Safety guidelines; as a Chartered Building Company, quality in every aspect of our service is assured.
